Crossing the beautiful city of Chefchaoun, named also the blue perl a beautiful village in north Morocco, while the tourism in this place has definitely taken hold, Chefchaoun keep a balance between ease and authenticity, it is a small mountain town in the north-east of Morocco, with a superbe friendly population. Do you want to discover the imperial city of fes ? if yes, then this tour suits you, this imperial city is the capital of the traditional culture of morocco, its superbe medersas represents the symbol of knowledge, Fes a UNESCO World Heritage will take you back to the middle ages, tourists can also enjoy a stroll along the Talaa Kebira avenue, one of the longest in the city. Our final destination for this Across Morocco Programme spread over 11 days we will enjoy touching the water of the Atlantic in the city of Essaouira which has a strong tourist potential thanks in particular to its natural, cultural and historical assets, as a result it became a great tourist destination. Its medina represents a UNESCO world heritage site dating from the eighteenth century, its breathtaking beaches allows enjoying water sports while making the province a quality tourist destination.

A transfer will be provided to you upon your arrival to Tangier. The drive should be about 3 hours to get to Chefchaouen. Depending on the time you make it to the blue city, an orientation walk can be provided by our Leader/driver to get you to be familiar with these beautiful narrow streets.
A full day to enjoy this charming city of Chefchaouen. Wonder the street of the city and take some nice pictures for your memories and maybe start practicing your skills negotiating the prices with the street vendors while trying to purchase your first souvenirs, don’t forget to taste the Goat cheese which is the local specialty. A walk to the Spanish mosque to watch the sunset over the city is highly recommended.
If you are a fan of Mountains a 4 hours walk can be arranged in the Rif mountains or even take a day trip to the Akchour waterfalls.
After breakfast we will be boarding our private minibus on a long journey to Fes 5h drive through the Rif mountains with some beautiful landscapes to reach Volubilis the Roman city where we will discover this magnificent site with a local guide before getting to Meknes the 4th Imperil city of Morocco built in the 17th century by My Ismail with fascinating horse stables. After checking in your hotel in the late afternoon, perhaps enjoy a memorable dinner of one of the city’s signature dishes, the salty and sweet pastille a pie stuffed with chicken and Almond.
A full day touring Fes. The tour starts at 9h from your hotel, you will meet your local guide and head to the front of the royal palace where you will learn about the modern Moroccan architecture, then a walk through the Jewish
quarter will show you the differences between both Jewish & Muslim art You will drive to higher point to see the size of the city before exploring different sites and handicrafts that Fes is known for such as: Karaouine
university, Pottery village, Koranic school, Tanneries, Dyers Market and much more. This city will get you back to the medieval times when everything is done by hand
A long day drive from Fes to the Sahara but will break the journey with a few stops for pictures, facilities and to have lunch. First stop will be in Ifrane a beautiful town in the Atlas Mountains that people like to call the Little Switzerland due to the domination of European architecture, after that will cross the Cedar forest and the Middle Atlas before we stop for lunch in Midelt. After lunch will continue to Ziz valley which offer some breathtaking views, a stop on the way for pictures is recommended. As we get to the Sahara our camels will be waiting for us and will have 1h ride to watch the sunset and spend the night in a nomad camp.
After watching the sunrise and having breakfast you ride camel back to meet your transport and start your drive to Ait ben haddou from Sahara. A few interesting stops along the way will be done in Todra gorge a very popular place for rock climbing in Morocco, Dades valley yet known as the road of a thousand & one Kasbah thanks to the big number pf fortified buildings built I different areas that served as storage places or as accommodations for some powerful families, roses valley known to grow roses which are used to extract rose oil and rose water then Ouarzazate known as the African Hollywood before getting to the hotel in Ait ben haddou where we will stay for the night after touring the UNESCO site
From Ait Ben Haddou we will drive Ticka Pass (2260m) with some outstanding landscapes worth a photo stop. The drive will continue along a very windy road till Marrakech then to Essaouira , a small and beautiful city in the coastal line of Morocco. It is very much known as a holiday resort for many Moroccans & foreigners.
The city has an easy going pace which makes everyone who visits it fall with it.
Tonight you can treat yourself with some high quality Fish & seafood for dinner.
A free day to enjoy the beauty of this city and wonder the streets of its Medina without the fear of being lost as it is easy to navigate around it or maybe go for a walk along the beach and enjoy hearing the waves trying to talk to you.
Many activities are on offer in this city, we highly recommend trying a hamam o Moroccan steam bath which will make your body feel relaxed after all the traveling you have done.
Today we leave Essaouira behind and head to Marrakech another magical city of Morocco with its famous Jamaa el fna square.
You will have a half day city tour of Marrakech including Bahia palace; Saadian tombs; souks and the famous Jamaa el fna square.
Marrakech won’t let you feel bored or not finding things to do see. The city is full of attractions you can visit like Majorelle Gardens that we highly recommend, Water civilisation museum, Badii Place and many more.

The trip will end today with a transfer to the airport of Marrakech . If you are staying longer in Marrakech we can book you a room in one of our Riads where you can enjoy the beauty of Moroccan Riads.
You can bring luggage to the group or private desert tours. It’s a good idea to have that luggage in the form of a backpack, as you can travel with it around, you can even take it on the camel as you reach the desert camp. Your remaining luggage will be in your Zagora vehicle or in Merzouga at the operator lodge.
Yes, you can do that, but you will have to work closely with our team to do that.
You can feel free to do that as early as possible, especially for peak seasons like October, April and December. Check often and you can get some really impressive results.
Yes, the only issue will be with gluten free foods, as there aren’t a lot of them in Morocco, so you may have to bring in your own which is quite the challenge. Most of the meals will be halal meals only, but you can choose other options.
